My swimming hole for the past 3 days.

Les and I had a great time at New Smyrna Beach for 3 days. Recovered nicely after my 3 day Ultraman test last week. Lots of sleep, healthy food, and a bit of training. I had perfect conditions for an ocean swim yesterday and today. Took full advantage. Also had a great 7.5 mile run yesterday.
Back to work tomorrow. Head to Vegas to speak at Paris this coming weekend. I can never pass up the opportunity to swim at Boulder Beach and run in Lake Mead WMA.

Right on schedule preparing for Ultramn Canada.
