I've been everywhere, man.....

This picture of me in my kitchen looking a bit shelled means I sendured my long ride today

I've been everywhere, I've been to Oviedo, Geneva, Lakr Harney, Snow Hill, Christmas, Taylor Creek, Lake Pickett, etc.
Slept in this morning. Kinda fun training like a pro this week. Big breakfast and fully caffeinated, it was time to train. Loaded up 'Toothless' with 4 hours of nutrition I was off to tour East Seminole and Orange County. Jere at Locomotion Bike Shop got me all set up with a replacement Profile Design Tri Saddle. It isn't as pretty as those Fizik saddles but it works for me. Rolled down Aloma Ave and when I got to Tuskawilla Road traffic was at a standstill. Went urban riding and jumped up on the sidewalk and cruised past the traffic. There was gnarly wreck at the 417 overpass. Glass everywhere. Actually shouldered my bike to walk past on the sidewalk. Backriding again I rolled out to Geneva. Lake Harney was beautiful this AM. Rode a couple miles down 46 to the St Johns bridge. Puzzle Lake alays thrills me. Ran over a metal shard on Snow Queen Rd, so got to spend a few moments underan oak tree changing my back tire. Rode to Fort Christmas park. A little girl amped up on sugar (kind of reminded me of me) told me all about riding horses while her grandmother looked on amused. The vultures were out in force noshing on roadkill. The last 25 miles were heading mostly west into the wind. Required a bit of work. Ended up with 92 miles in 5 hours 5 minutes. Successful steady long ride. Now got to hydrate, eat, and rest. Have to do it all over again tomorrow.
