That's my boy Bodha(he just turned 13, that 97 in dog years). He is hanging on the back patio. Why do I know this, because I'm sitting here in front of the computer instead of training. Got a nasty respiratory bug. Might have been pushing the machine a bit hard. Work volume has been huge, training volume has been huge, and sleep volume short. Not a good combination. The rest of the crew is out riding the hills today as part of day 2 of their three day mega load.
I'm feeling confident regarding the race. My training has been right on course. Need a couple 5+ mile swims in the next month as well as several back to back big runs and several back to back big rides. Those days will happen soon enough.
Now, off to the movies allowing the Azithromycin to course through my veins (and my lungs) and chase off this meanness.
Think good thoughts for the crew out training in this mega heat, I'm sure they will be updating soon.
